Hi my site is 3 month old and i am ranking on 2nd page for my target keyword but now the position is stuck. What strategies can help me in pushing my rank?

Where my site lack
1. My website have around 23 pages and my average competitors have around 90 pages indexed
2. Backlinks (but working on it) if any good strategy do recommend
3. Page speed

I know these things I am missing but for #1 and #3 i am working for #2 can anybody recommend on what type of links.

Without knowing much about your page, i think the problem could be that you are not addressing user's intention. Take a look at the top 3 pages for your keyword and see what questions they are answering. are you doing the same?

Hey buddy, yeahh i know long tail helps but they are in my bottom of funnel (and i am ranking well for them) this page is targeting awareness stage.
