Which strategies can push ranking?

Hi my site is 3 month old and i am ranking on 2nd page for my target keyword but now the position is stuck. What strategies can help me in pushing my rank?

Where my site lack
1. My website have around 23 pages and my average competitors have around 90 pages indexed
2. Backlinks (but working on it) if any good strategy do recommend
3. Page speed

I know these things I am missing but for #1 and #3 i am working for #2 can anybody recommend on what type of links.

PBN is termed most effective. But your site is too early for that.
Check out plugins like WProcket to work on loading speed.

Being stuck usually means you are not trustworthy yet.

Guest posts, PBN links and active social presence can break this. (that's how I do it anyway there are surely other options)

You're most probably in the sandbox phase. You can improve EAT through guest posts in much more higher authority domains.

Once you get out of it in 6 to 8 months, your ranking will improve depending on your content quality and on page SEO and how much you satisfy searcher intent.

You said that your site is only 3 months only, this is still very new

Work on finding more KWs for yourself, plan ur project on the long term, work on onsite SEO, let the site naturally grow up first.
Work on optimizing the site to run the fastest it can be, etc.

This is all assuming this isn't a churn and burn. otherwise blast it with more links
