How many words will these articles have on average? and will everyone get the same 100 websites? Or will it be different as per the niche?
 
Does this include content as well, if so, then how is this real? Are these sites even any good? Who sells real/worthy guest posts for 7 bucks a pop, too good to be true. Please excuse my skepticism if I am wrong.

I would love to review a handful of samples in the tech niche. I would also like to know if I could use these as tier 2s, as in, 5 posts go to site1.com, 5 to site2.com etc. batches of 5, all to different websites.

We have experimented with most of these websites. They are good for money sites only if you will provide the articles. If you will not provide the articles then it is good to do it on tier 1, tier 2, tier 3 etc. Pm sent.

Yes we can do it in your different urls that you have.
