i was using the data center proxies just fine for 4 days and then randomly today proxy auth just stopped working

do your proxies have

i.p:port:username:pass?
are they static(after you close connection a new one comes) and rotating on every request?
 
NEED SPECIAL BHW OFFER
will your proxies work GOOD with google? will they perfectly fit scrapebox?

Hey there! Did you try reaching out to our support team? I have not noticed any outages on our end, however, our support team would be better-informed on the happenings with our services. Are you still having issues? We could drop into the DMs if something's still not right :p

Wassup? :cool: BHW emoji are the best, hehe :D Well, we do not offer IP: port lists by default as we are using certain endpoints to target our proxies, such as us.smartproxy.com:10001. We recommend using this method unless your app or bot only accepts IP: port lists, in which case, I would recommend reaching out to our support team as they might help you with that ;)

Also, our IPs are rotating and we do not offer static ones yet. However, we do offer sticky proxies that last for up to 10 minutes before rotating. I hope that clears it up for you!

I bought blackfriday discount for 150$ and after that they ask to verify my account and i completed everything but i wasnt told to verify my account before i buy. I hope it confirms my account fast because i transfered the money

It might have been that our security algorithms had detected some patterns on our end and restricted proxy usage :confused: Could you DM me your Smartproxy username or email so I could check what's wrong on our end?
