The quality of this service used to be top, not anymore tbh
Please update the vault with new items...I subscribed for 1.5 year now, just to stick with old themes and plugins (but now theme can't import template so it's kinda useless).
If you google "fastest themes" and try to get those themes, you will find maybe 1 or 2 only in the vault. How can the vault be that outdated....
And sad that I requested multiple times but nothing ever show up in your vault

Hey man, I totally agree with you. The current item request policy doesn't reach the requirements of the customers anymore. I am aware of this problem and totally redesigned the request policy, which will be available within a couple of weeks.
