It often happens to me that I feel guilty if I don't do anything useful.

For example, after work I just lie in bed and watch a TV series. And I understand that I could use this time to learn something new, or to do exercises, or to cook for tomorrow. And although I understand that I need to rest, but still I can not get rid of the idea that I do not work enough, that I do not develop enough, and so on.

I don't feel guilty only when I fall off my feet from fatigue. But I understand that is so wrong
