What so you mean with Other Charges? I thought they usually Charge 9% for reload of the Card. Where are These 2% coming from

Hey, the base % that we charge is 9( it can be lower based on your monthly top-up amount, gets as low as 5%) also there is an extra fee(%) based on your payment method, BTC used to have 0 extra fees ( meaning it was 9% total) now its 2% so the total commission for BTC currently is 11%(9+2). Wire has an extra fee of 5%( 9 +5 =14% total), while WebMoney 1%(9+1=10% total) at the moment, but all these extra fees are subject to change, it's always better to check with our support team. Hope this clears things up.

this service also send you not fresh card, it will make your FB account harm and get suspended!

i already burn too much money with their service!

i have total 19 CARD ( @6900 RUBBEL ) <-- you can imagine how much i spend only for card ( not include the balance )

before i didn't notice that their card is NOT CLEAN! i was realized when i keep got banned even just binded the card!

and today December 19 2020. i got amazing deduction fee ( total is more than 16k RUBBEL in a day ) they said i just make a policy violations because using the card for making another payment else than FB!

HOW COME? i pay the card , i TOPUP the balance all is mine ( card + Balance ) and also everytime i topup the balance i got service charge fee 2-8% !

Pls i dont understand. I signed up.loaded about a 100 dollars via btc and now my balance is about 9 dollars. whats going on? i only loaded 20 dollars onto a card to test it. where is the rest of my money?
