SEO tools do not show PBN links. So though there are links but you do not see them and you wonder how they are ranking with 0 links.

yes possible, new site once go live very fast kinda get index, etc but afterwards will drop deep down.

Sometimes Google picks random sites and ranks them temporarily in order to test if that site is proper as the signals show as "source" / "original site"; if they notice a big bounce or back button, will doom that specific site.

Imagine Coca Cola building a fresh site because they never had one, Google will give him push in order to see how visitors react to it, if they aren`t anomalies, will keep it up, if not, will punish him for 1-3 updates.

No, it is totally random, we can't tell all new websites would appear on the top

IF the competition is very low or there are no relevant results for a query then Google tends to shuffle random websites on top pages to determine which sites perform well.

Again it is totally random, even algo fails at some point after updates, maybe it is temporary but who knows

Use multi quote facility in the thread instead of replying to each post individually.

You can block the ahref majestic moz and other content crawling bots except Google through robots.txt or in WordPress u can use one of the plugins.

What others say about hidden PBN and low competition niche might be true but it can also be something different altogether.

Things that happen that are outside of regular SEO for example:

temporary boost - it may be up today and gone tomorrow​

test subject - search engine is testing the site or the query​

anomaly - taking advantage of algorithms shortcoming either knowingly or by accident​
