Modifying cpa websites? (not sure how to call it)

Hi, before I start I just want to say that I'm new to cpa marketing so idk maybe the thing I'm asking about is something basic that everyone knows. If thats the case, I'll delete the post so it doesn't look like I'm trying to spam.

I was looking at different offers on cpagrip and noticed that a lot of those offer pages (where people are supposed to enter their name, email etc) look the same and the only difference between them is the reward. A lot of people have probably already seen these type of websites many times and might think they don't work which might have negative impact on conversions. Is there a way to change what the offer website looks like to people (as in different colors or maybe even a different look of the website overall) ?

I'm not sure if you understand what I mean but basically I got the idea from one of Jeremy Cash's Youtube cpa tutorials (I hope I can post this link here...

- it's at 3:46 - 6:13). He says you can slightly change the page and you can still make money off of it because it has your cpa id attached to it. Does it actually work like that? Does this technique have a name so I can google it and educate myself a bit more?
