Hello, good day. I don't know if this has been answered before but here is the challenge I've been having accessing your vault lately.

I have a monthly plan currently active which expires tomorrow the 11th of this month. Starting earlier 2nd October, I have not been able to download any item from the vault, I keep getting and error message which reads "The file can't be downloaded securely" on Chrome browser which was working fine before now.
