So I just want to give short review of my order. I got a discount and I really appreciate it and all the followers were real but my engagement rate didn't change at all. 1000 followers were delivered each week and I thought the engagement will rise because provider said it would but nothing happened. My account is related to nature and I think I destroyed my account because now it looks like I have fake inactive followers. They were not interested in my posts at all. I was at 600 followers when it started and I got around 60-80 likes per post. Now I have around 5600 followers and maximum number of likes is 120. I'm also losing followers fast. I'm fairly new to this and this is probably my mistake but I just want to write down what is my experience because for me this is a lot of money and I wanted to jump start my account because building accounts is a lot harder nowadays. I fucked up and lost a lot of money.

I want to take my time and reply to this negative review as this is the first one we've received since we launched this service a few months ago.

Before Growth: 576 Followers & ER 5.09%
Today: 5,608 Followers & ER 1.63%

The client PM'd me asking for a refund and this was my reply:

• As your account grows your engagement rate decreases.... that's Instagram plain and simple. That's why you don't see accounts with 100k followers with a 6-8% ER and on the other hand, you see accounts with 100 followers with an ER of 10%+. Tha's what IG does so it can reel in new users.
• The ER this client has is within what it is advertised on this thread .8% to 1.8%
• ER is more correlated to the account that this service... there's no shortcuts! You need to post HQ content, engage with your new followers, do story polls, ask a question, send dm's, etc. The hard part needs to be done on the users end. What we do here is provide an organic growth boost to accounts so when someone sees your content or tags other users on your content the profile is way more appealing.
• The unfollows is a natural process that happens after the giveaway is over and to be honest most accounts do experience a negative follow rate. I speculate this happens because of market saturation... nowadays you need to be super unique with your content. The days where you made a a general theme i.e. travel, luxury, cars, etc are long gone. It is 2020! We do offer the opportunity to get topoff if you get below the purchase amount for free... client never requested this.
• We do offer a free trial (or paid if you want to skip the queue) to see if this service is the right fit for you to avoid any issues and/or adjust your expectations. The client decided to jump straight into the 5k package to which we offered a discount.

At the end, there is no shortcuts to IG you need to put your time, energy and money into it if you want to make it. Market is highly competitive nowadays....

I hope this clarifies everything as I feel the costumer is replying with a negative review because he didn't read the fine print.
