Static website is the one which provide same content for every user. Whereas dynamic website can able to provide different content to different user based on database programming.
October 29th - Payment made for WordPress design and logo.
October 30th - Agreed on the details.
November 3rd - "We are working on it, by next week we will update you."
November 9th - "We will still working on it, Wednesday we will update u. Creating the database."
November 10th - "Some issues on your server, we are not able to open the url(wordpress login)."
November 16th - Paypal dispute started. "Max in 2 days we will delivery u"
November 18th - Installed theme, changed menu, sent me 2 versions of logo with different fonts of my domains initial, sitespeed was shit, escalated to paypal claims and OP is still bargaining with me over the refund and he needs 8 working days to process the refund.
