- They'd like to immediately reponse to their customers request.

Can you please add https://themespixel.net/en/theme/appyn/ It's an application data-fetching theme and serve them as a woo product.
As the APPLAY Theme sucks it cannot fetch data from play store.

I used Festinger's Vault during the Corona period and was always satisfied with the files offered. Festinger was always available and very helpful. The service can only be recommended.

I already used the first version of the Vault for projects last year and I used the 2nd version earlier this year.

3 things I like about the Vault:

1. The 2nd version of the vault has a great search function. When I look for a theme or plugin, the suggestions make it a lot easier to test other products with the same functionalities I'm looking for (and I was not aware of).
2. The support is amazing. The followup after you open a ticket is impressive. From time to time I forgot to close a ticket (because everyone is busy and always in a hurry to complete projects!) and I got a reminder on time to make sure I did not have any other questions regarding the theme or plugin I had downloaded.
3. The Auto update plugin! The one thing that has forced me over the years to pay for themes and plugins was the updates! I have no time to go back and look at projects to see which themes need updating ... That is the one thing that I can honestly give the Vault a 10 out of 10 ...
   

Recommendation:
If you haven't used the Vault, you have to! When I look at my download history on Themeforest and how much I had to pay them, I wish I had started using the Vault earlier!
