[2020] Instagram Instant Comment Bot?

Hey I have been looking hard for a IG bot that only does commenting. I have been seeing a lot of bots self promoting and getting the first comment on a post, and been tired of doing this manually, and not always I get to comment within the first 30 seconds which then is useless because the other bot comments post on yours and make your comment seen. It is vital to get the first comment (within the 15 seconds mark)

What I am looking for:
Comment from an instagram account to a selective instagram accounts
Commenting everytime a new post comes from the selective users
Only comment when it's fresh and new post
Comment within 15 seconds of post posted (Between 5 and 15)

If anyone know to this, throw me some proof of your bot and lets talk price.
