Legendary product. Hands down.

Working on some new products OP?

This looks cool. I have a question. I need to find ALL sites with one footprint inurl:/xxxx./xx. It is possible to scrape all url's that contain this in their url with this sw?
Because - I can type inurl: only in google, not in other search engines.
- google shows only for example first 300 results. (even if there are 5k results found) and i need the rest 4700.
- there is captcha.
thanks!

Yes unfortunately Google (along with all other engines) wont return all the search results they find, so while the number will display "About 5,000,000 results" for example what they actually return for any query is always less then 1,000 results and often just a few hundred. But what you can do is add keywords to the query

keyword one inurl:/xxxx./xx
keyword two inurl:/xxxx./xx
keyword three inurl:/xxxx./xx

And each search will return a different subset of the results for just inurl:/xxxx./xx

You will likely end up with a lot of duplicates, but it's a better work around then none. :)

Thanks for honest reply, so for my needs scrapebox is not so useful? (I thought it changes user agents so the results will be different, and then remove duplicates) or it's not so necessary for me?

You can use the Custom Data Grabber located under the "Grab/Check" button on the main GUI.

@Sweetfunny Is there RSS Feed submitter in Scrapebox?

Yes there's an RSS Ping feature on the main GUI on the comment poster. This doesnt submit to directories etc that require registration it's an XML-RPC Ping. However these days with the way search engines crawl doing an RSS ping is mostly depreciated https://www.seroundtable.com/google-blogsearch-ping-going-away-25241.html

Searching with different useragents doesnt drastically alter the search results. But using the method i explained above is the way to achieve what you want to do, this has nothing to do with ScrapeBox it's how search engines operate. If Google says there's a million results for a search term you cannot scrape them all with one search it's impossible, even in a browser they are not all returned unfortunately.

Your proxies may not be authorized for your IP on your proxy providers end. You can go to Help >> Show Error Log, and select Harvester.log to see the error that's being returned. If it's a 407 error then you need to setup your IP at your proxy providers end.

Can you please explain in more details? I would be thankful to you if you can link me to any tutorial to setup custom grabber.

Hi there,
Interesting product as I am looking to posting auto comments in fashion blogs. Is that possible? If yes, 2 questions:-

1) How do I know if the comment will be posted immediately or will be pending for moderated by blog owner?
2) How would I or estimate if the blog post is still getting traffic from search engine? Otherwise posting on post that doesnt get traffic will be a waste right?

You dont know if the comment will be auto approve or moderated until you make the comment. However you can purchase auto approve lists where someone has already done the work and posted comments and verified the comments went live. Check out https://scrapeboxmarketplace.com

The positives are far less work, and much simpler. Negatives are lots of other people may be posting to the same list, so it's more suited to 2nd tier kind of sites. SEO advice is outside the scope of SB support but if you are a newcomer to SEO and website promotion do lots of reading before just loading your legitimate main income site in to a blast cannon and firing it at millions of blogs.

SB is a tool to automate manual and tedious tasks, you need to understand the manual process thoroughly before automating it.

As for estimating the blogs traffic, you can run your list through the bulk Alexa Rank Tracker addon http://www.scrapebox.com/mass-alexa-checker which gets the traffic metrics from Alexa. You could filter the URL's and remove anything without a good Alexa rank. There's also the Page Authority addon http://www.scrapebox.com/page-authority-addon which you can get the Moz metrics on how "authoritative" domains are for another option to fine tune the quality of your list.

scrapebox page autorithy

error 401
tested with diferent private proxys
fresh moz account
and without proxys
same problem
error 401
https://prnt.sc/trxmfz
any help ?

Error 401 description is "Unauthorized: the user does not have valid authentication credentials for the target resource. " https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#4xx_Client_errors

This means there is an issue with your API or Moz account either being wrong or not authorized, i've just run the addon with 2 different API keys and it's working.

So I have a list of expired domains I've collected and I want to use Scrapebox to check which ones are available. I thought I could use the domain name checker but that seems to be integrated into the keyword scraper, and I don't think I can import domains...?

So is my only option to use the Scrapebox Alive Check addon? (It works somewhat, but some domains are returned as dead but are still not registerable so it's not perfect)

Is there any discounts for this bro?

Yes, you can checkout Loopline's tutorial on the custom data scraper here

The keyword scraper has a version of this so you can scrape keywords and then check for available exact match domains domains and determine if the com/net/org/info version of your keywords are available to register.

If you already have domains you want to check you can load them in the harvester grid and select Grab/Check >> Check Unregistered Domains.

Is there any discounts for this bro?

Yes the www.scrapebox.com/bhw link on the first page of this thread will get you the discount.

Hello
Sweetfunny & loopline

Is there a way to harvest websites that gives me websites in only in english lang? I tried to play with Harvester Engine Configuration but no succes .
Now i am getting getting websites in all languages ,

LFTYA
Thanks

@Sweetfunny It seems like some operators don't work or don't exist for Google, for example you can set a date for queries in Google, but the operator for it doesn't work.

My question is, if I want to manually use settings in Google that there are no operators for, and get a bunch of results, is there anyway to scrape those using Scrapebox? Or a complimentary tool you recommend that would grab the links?

For example if I want to pull articles from 2008 talking about the election - I don't think there's any functioning search operator that I could put into scrapebox that could pull those, but if you search in Google you can literally set the date to that year.

Do you have an English keyword i can search that returns results in different languages?

It's not an operator it's a URL parameter, if you do it manually in Google and set the custom date range to 2008 in the address bar will be:

&tbs=cdr:1,cd_min:2008,cd_max:2008

So you just need to go to Settings > Harvester Engines Configuration, and add this to the end of the Google URL parameter.

The harvester configuration is pretty powerful, between URL parameters, search operators, adjustable markers/cookies/useragents you can do virtually anything with it.

is there any special discount on the plugin bundle for BHW members??? ( for 7 or 5 plugins)

@Sweetfunny @loopline

  1. I did receive an email after 12 hours that "your license has been activated" when I open my scrape box and enter details it again popped up with the same message it will take 12 hours to activate which received on the first time?
  2. Do we get any license code or just enter the details that are mentioned to enter, what am I missing here?
  3. I tried your email support but they respond after every 10 hours it seems, that's not an easy flow of conversation.
  4. At the time of payment, I was not having any option to choose my email id except my PayPal id
  5. I did purchase the license using my PayPal EAMIL@ID 1, How would I change the primary email to emai@ID2 ?

Can someone clear my doubts, please?
