Payment security - self_resolution (Code statement - Blank screen error)

Hi,

We are unable to get the screen for add code in card statements at our end in most of the accounts randomly showing a blank screen.

getting the same error in 20+ accounts, anyone facing?

Using master or visa both. a unique card for each profile.
