does the app have good installs or dau? try to search with full title or developer name

Google doesn't care about low ranking apps, it won't show them in search results at all. I've had some apps like that, and many others at the top as well. Use searchman to find better keywords (look for high KEI), remake your SEO and relaunch it (clone it and remove the old one). Use this query: https://searchman.com/android/search/US/en/?d=android&q=keyword

Also promote it in social networks as soon as you launch it. SEO and early promotion are the key.

Yes , i can search with developer name
But not id nor with full name.
Installs are about 100+

By Relaunch , remove this app from google playstore n add again?
Updating the app or storelist update wont work?
Is there a cheaper option other than searchman for seo?

You can't "promote early" if the app already has a month sitting at the bottom of the store. You need a new app.

Searchman is free, just replace "keyword" in that query to lookup the KEI.

I guess the install counts are probably to low for google to care about. Try to boost your app install from ASO, Social Media or Ads at least 1k. Also just to make sure you are apps are visible to others, open the store link directly from other ip or device to see if the app is there.

It's not about the install counts, Google loves hurting certain keywords. For example I currently have two clones with similar content and ASO, one is in first place of a single keyword (May update didn't even move it a bit, but I saw my competitors jumping around and many disappeared), for the other I added another keyword unluckly Google hates and it doesn't appear in searches! I don't care since I promote the 2nd from the 1st, but it's too evident this is Google's bad habit.

The search url which ubgabe doesnt give KEI rank for a keyword, it gives the top ranking apps.
Do i need to calculate myself?

I also have apps with only 100+ install, can't search from id as well, my ID is based on Keyword so i guess it just lost the rank to all others app. I guess TS is in the same situation, you need to work on install least 1k++ and retention to measure how google play ranking works for you

Launch an app called "Best New Game of 2020", Google won't remove it but will hurt it for trying to be too popular.

Hmm... It is interesting... So download count is not worth anymore? Is this the time of user retention?
