To answer your title - because you want to rank your website...

To be honest, if you are not sure why you should buy links, I would suggest reading a lot more guides on BHW to work out why links will help, what types of links you should be looking for, according to your budget, and which sellers to buy from, before making any purchases.

You are not likely to get replies which will help you, unless you know the basics.

Most folk on here are trying to make money, so taking a huge amount of time to provide you with in depth answers as you have demanded, simply because you do not want to use search or google, is not likely to happen.

Now do your keyword research and write great content on on site based on this keyword, also use all the backlinks sites used by your competitors and try to add more site by researching here. Finally you could try to buy some guest posts, but since your site is a tool and not a blog, just spamming it with links is going to make it nearly impossible to rank since there are sooo many exact same tools already out there, building authority over many years at the top of the SERPS.

That is what i am also thinking that I should post photos and videos and make download links of those videos directly to my website.
