can you also help me the speed update for google tag manager?

When i insert "Metronet Tag Manager" plugin into my wordpress (i think it is the fastes plugin for google tag), my mobile speed goes down from 92 to 77 (google PageSpeed insights), because i have 5 tag codes inside in the google tag manager and every tag kills me the speed "-4". i have google analytics, adsense and popup getsitecontrol tags.
The gtmetrix YSlow Score goes down to 84 with google tag manager tags.

Response times can be a bit slow, but it is understandable. The seller is on a different timezone or is busy fullfilling customer orders. So give all the time allowed in the TAT and be patient.

I had an issue with WP Rocket plugin, which @kindablack is using in his service ( i have my own license for that). He chose to ignore addressing the issue and instead installed a different cache plugin, the WP fastest cache.

I thought i had to mention that.

Overall, I am happy with the results! Will return for more.

When I do ripetute speed tests on GTMetrix, I always get different times (Fully Loaded Time), and the same happens with pingdom tests (but with less difference).
For ex, for the site I'm submitting to you, I run 4 consecutive tests with GTMetrix and Pingdom, in an hour of the day when I have zero traffic on that site. Here the results:

GTMETRIX
Test 1: Fully Loaded Time 8.9
Test 2: Fully Loaded Time 5.8
Test 3: Fully Loaded Time 4.6
Test 4: Fully Loaded Time 6.3

PINGDOM
Test 1: Load Time 1.53
Test 2: Load Time 1.34
Test 3: Load Time 1.31
Test 4: Load Time 1.40

So, my question is: how can you test the improvements of speed of a website, if the speed test tools are not so accurate?

My question actually was (copy/paste):
- how can you test the improvements of speed of a website, if the speed test tools are not so accurate? (very different results after each test of the same website).
