Got a 1k word review copy and here is my review:

So OP offered review copies and I managed to snatch a 1k word article.

I checked their order form and noticed that they offer sales copy. I went back to double check with op if this is offered as a review copy too.

He said: "This is geared more towards articles, as 1K words of pure sales copy is a little lengthy. But, let me know the details and we may be able to do it for you"

Which is totally fine.

Anyway, I sent my sales page and offered that he should just rewrite the first 300 words and edit the rest of the copy to give it a better flow.

Op then promptly ghosted me. I sent a follow-up, still no response.

So I can't review the quality of the writing, but the customer service is piss poor and unprofessional.

How would I trust a guy with paid order if he can't even say that "Sorry mate I won't do it" after sending him the details.

How would I trust a guy with paid order if he can't even say that "Sorry mate I won't do it" after sending him the details.

We're very open towards any sort of feedback that we get on work we do. However, in this case, we haven't even written a single word for you, ever. So, no, you did not get a review copy.

You did however have the standing offer of us doing one for you.

We spoke end of day Friday, and we don't work over the weekend, or 24/7 for that matter. Today, we just got back from the long weekend (Sat, Sun, Mon) and we were going to get things set up for your free review copy. However, given the fact that you felt the pressing need to post a "review" on work that we never did for you, because we didn't reply to you over the weekend - you've now lost the aforementioned privilege and standing offer.

In short, we haven't done any work for you, and won't be doing any. If us not being open over the weekend is "piss poor customer service" in your books, then I think we're just not a good fit.

1.TAT: The content was delivered very fast - I ordered on Saturday and the article was emailed to me on Monday.
2.Communication: The communication was spot on, I received a couple of messages from the seller, first to confirm requirements and then to query some of the finer points. Nice to know I'm being taken care of as a customer.
3.Content quality: My topic was slightly out of the ordinary in the sense that it was based on a local as well as a fairly niche topic. The seller did not disappoint; the article reads perfectly and I feel like its far better than what I could have produced myself (Which is quite often not the case when I outsource content).
4.Other points: I ran the article through copyscape and it came up with a few matches - but alas, the only matches were relevant quotes that the seller had included from reputable sources - something I asked for as this further legitimizes the content and also allows me to link out to some authorities within the niche.

I am very impressed with the overall service and quality of content.

The communication throughout has been very smooth and he was happy to help with any queries.

Now, coming to the content I was really impressed with what I got. There is a slight editing I will have to do but that is on me. He wrote exactly how I asked him to and was also ready to do revisions which says a lot about the service. The content is perfect and really worth the price point.

Another thing I want to talk about is the client portal. I did not spend as much time on there but was still impressed. It's clean and responsive with a lot of options in there. There is also an affiliate tab with your link and tracking info which is a first for me. I have never seen any other content writing service with affiliate options.

I purchased a 1.6k word article to test out the service.

I got a 2.1k word article in return which means that the writer did not stop abruptly to restrict to the word count, which a lot of the writers here do. This is a huge plus to get your content flowing properly and reach its natural conclusion.

The article quality was really really good and the tone and flow went very well considering the reader persona I had mentioned while ordering.

The quality of articles is top notch and I would order again from them very soon. I found them to be one of the best, if not the best, on this forum.

Note: I had recently posted a previous review here, however there were few mistakes in terms of several factors. I missed out on important points and it wasn't that detailed as to how the seller expected.

1. Content quality

=> The content was easy to read as previously mentioned in my old review and it was also readable.
