Monster Keywords with nearly no difficulty

Hi mates,
while researching some niches I found a keyword with huge search volume but I don't know I should judge difficulty. every tool shows different.
I want to create a single page site with this keyword.
who ranks in 1st position he has only 8DA but monthly traffic is nearly 4M

Ubersuggest:

But the interesting thing is SERP has only 77 results.
Which tool should I believe according to you? looking for suggestions.

Check TOP 10 results and how many backlinks they have.. 2 or 3 high DA domains? You will need lots of work (most probably). Give it a try and see because you won't know otherwise.

How about you buy EMD, and get a good article around it along with some longtails for it on a single page? It wont cost you much, but in the long run might be really profitable.

Even ranking in top10, on that traffic you might earn big.

already purchased with country extension.
and i have researched 10-12 long-tail keywords to with more than 50k search volume.
but searching for someone who can help me to do execute that.

Use your brain when deciding on a new project. Sure these tools are helpful to a point, but it comes down to your own analysis. Which is custom designed by you.

If you're just starting out, you should create a pdf of your research, and then go ahead and fire away on a project, and then a year from now, go back and read your research document.
Keeping logs about your projects is incredibly helpful.

Go ahead try it and in months you’ll come here and abuse ahrefs, they get it horribly wrong check manually and via Semrush or use @MisterF guide on keywords

Planner doesn't show the competition regarding keyword research, it shows regarding competition regarding advertising.

I had read that really helpful. but I didn't find a conclusion here.
so checked on KW revealer

it shows 33% as you see. i think i should belive to SEMrush.
