I don't have a mac, so I can't test it sadly. But I'm pretty sure some features (posting videos) probably will NOT work, the rest might work. My recommendation would be to run the tool on a windows VPS, that way you don't need to keep your own PC running all the time also

2. Will it post from your local IP on all accounts without issues
This depends on how many accounts you want to run. If you just use the bot for posting and don't have more than around 10 accounts you don't need any proxies and can run them on your local IP, yes.
3. Does it need to be running 24/7?
The bot needs to be running whenever you want it to be able to post, so if you want it to post every 2 hours all day long it needs to be running 24/7, yes. My recommendation is running it on a Windows VPS, but in that case you'd want to use proxies.
4. Is there a way to customize the description?
Yes, you can customize the description with a spintax (let me know if you don't know what that is)
5.Can it rotate hashtags? (I'll often get my post shadowbanned for using a particular hashtag too often)
Yes, you can make a spintax of your hashtags and randomize them that way!
