I don't have so much money, then I must choose only one. I am focused on keywords because my site is very new. Then I need to upload content. So what should I choose and why?

Both are good tools. It does not matter what you choose if you can master it. For me, Ahrefs is easier to use but Semrush is also amazing.

I love using aHref, gives you great idea what keywords have good traffic with minimum effort, long tail keywords and many more.

If you don't have big budget, I would suggest trying seo groups for such tools to try them out.

Thanks, bro. I found a service on Fiverr. 15 USD per 2 months access in SemRush. The service has two options for access. One is means cookies and the other one means direct access. I don't if this is secure. What do you think?

You can search in BHW there are recommendations for seo group tools ... personally I use toolsurf, they have web direct access through their servers and it's private, so nobody who share the same account can see your niche or what you searched.
