What about finding a community that understands the niche that your site(s) are in, and see if anyone is interested?

If it's a no-brainer for them to make money on, and they already understand the business, I wouldn't think it would be too hard.

I have been with Flippa and Sedo for more than a year, but haven’t closed a deal yet despite my asking was quite nominal (less than $500 for domains and $2K for a couple of early websites with little traffic). But I still continue to try both given the lower costs. Just my 2c.
