i think yes yes, but even if they did, there's less ads on them. Speaking from a strictly adsense monetization route- i think we can all agree that a 10 min viral video would make more money than a 4 min viral video though.
1. No set standard, just as long as Im consistent (i.e. twice a week, sometimes 3 times a week)
2. So to go viral, your views will come from suggested views mostly. To appear in suggested, use similar SEO to your "inspiration" video. With that being said though, to rank higher than my competition, I aim for a better thumbnail, longer video, and hopefully better CTR and watch time.
3. Whatever your topic/ title is i simply just find articles through google search
This is honestly a question i cannot answer based one experience or research, sorry!
I can't say for certainty this question either, but i would probably cut all ties to that previously banned/ suspended youtube account even if that means using the same gmail as it. this is just to be in the safe side. I imagine that what your client did to get banned- i hope he isnt doing it on the newly acquired account as well.
I haven't hired anyone in a while now. I have found most of my team off upwork though.
Some criteria that automatically warrants an interview is if:
1) theyve created youtube scripts before
2) theyve created youtube videos before
3) theyve voiced videos before.
The criteria can be however you want it to be honestly.

6) i think they both have their plus sides and down sides. Once you buy from a source though, think of that as you "trying" them out. I bought mine from a guy here on BHW. His channel his been fine for a couple of months now. he is now my go to monetization guy

But like Amazon, youre at the mercy of youtube. So while growing your youtube channel, work on getting off it as well or supplementing it.
8) I do have a course, but i dont think you're allowed to sell it here on BHW i think. No paid mentoring allowed unfortunately and I do 100% always want to stick to BHW rules.
9) Yup! 100% i would have never been able tos cale without my team of freelancers who a lot of whom I've been working with for over a year now.

11) I have stayed away from windows for a very long time, so this isnt exactly my forte since im an FCPX user.
12) My writers follow an SOP that basically outlines YouTube's content policies to avoid infringing. It all comes down to the writers to make sure that your channeld oesnt get demonetized since they're the foundation for your video.
13) I've been working with people and doing this myself now since december of 2018, i've never had this occur to me so it's hard to say.

So if you have adsense account already, you should be fine. Most likely you will get approved for YPP (YouTube partnership program). Once you get approved though, here is the criteria I always follow:
1) Keep videos that you applied with as public until more than 10 new videos are posted.
2. dont change primary owner for another 6 months
3. NEVER turn on monetization for the watch hours video
4. Dont change passwords
5. dont change emails
6. It’s OKAY to monetize new videos on the channel that i post
I would remove your old videos when you organically pass 4k watch hours and have 10+ videos NEWLY uploaded.
