I had a similar experience. I don't remember exactly how many days the limitation was active but I recall it was more than 1 month.
Usually, in the beginning, the ad serving is severely limited. Gradually they allow more and more ads to be served. Then one day the message that the ads are limited just disappeared
So I'd suggest sending traffic to the account as usual. Of course, if you pay for it then it can hurt you financially. I personally had about 100-150 organic installs per day.

Well, it's just my experience bro But I think the message in the panel said that they analyze your traffic. So it's better not to stop it to let them evaluate it.

Received the same message today, haven't done anything what can violate the rules. I hope it will play out well
The problem is in just new Admob account, still dont know how to resolve the problem yet !!

Account was banned for invalid traffic
I went through the analytics and noticed x10 more clicks per user from Bangladesh. I started to use new admob and banned Bangladesh for serving ads and made app isn't available as well

LOL, not work before app published I already added firebase but still have that message.case admob acc created in 2019 . I think we must increase more traffic to app.

Actually the notification does not matter as long as the match rate is normal, like 80%-90%
But if your match rate is very very low, then you can try some tweaks.
1. Link your app in admob dashboard
2. Link your app + put app-ads.txt
3. Link your app + put app-ads.txt + use firebase
Most of my friends already succesful by using 3rd method, but I guess 2nd method is enough. What have you done so far to solve your limit problem?

Did you running some traffic ads such as Google Ads ? If so , you should stop it . I suggest you to make balance between traffic ads and your organic traffic . For example , your paid traffic must be on the same volume as organic traffic , 50% / 50% ratio is okay , you should test it . Sometimes 70% organic / 30% paid works fine and won't give you status " ads limitation " .
Try it , test it and give us update how things works then
