The seller doesn't need to refund or make any step until a SHITLIST is opened. Until and unless it's handled in a professional manner in a proper SL thread, please ignore all the suggestions.

I am not supporting anybody here, it's just this thread is getting out of hand and a SL would surely solve this to decide whether the seller has to refund or not.

Here's my conclusion:

1. OP should definitely get a refund if there is a proof that he already asked for refund before receiving the method.
2. For someone that have notably experienced and possibly have making good amount of money on this forum, I think Roy should just give a refund rather then letting this thread damaging his reputation.
3. For fck sake who tf buy a $800 method? We barely have any ebook sellers man, you can get same shitty method at WF for $97. Carding method? You can learn it for free on HF.

You were soft-selling the method and didn't follow the rules

If it was just "lead arbitrage" that is the main method, you could have gotten approved and sold it here.
You know very well that if that was the case you could have just deleted the illegal part in the method and sold it here and there wouldn't be any problem.

If you were fine with risking your account and reputation on this forum just to drive traffic to the method then the blackhat part must have been an essential part of the method.

If you are advising people who buy your method to do something illegal then you are selling an illegal blackhat method (obviously) and those are just never allowed here.

If you did sell a CC fraud method (looks like you did) then live up to your mistake, refund him and apologize.
