Well, it seems like Covid 19 issues has don't a dent on some folks and they need cash badly.

Money is now more important than a reputation of so many year. Pity!

In my honest opinion, a partial refund should do good. What do you guys think?

No matter how many posts or how old a member is you always take precaution, why the hell would you pay with btc? If i was you i'd open a shitlist and go to the bank report it.
Skipping the bhw rule breaking part, the guy sold you a method that is not as advertised and tbh those offers that will be filled will be mostly trial accounts, then later on the client will be billed, not to mention the fraud part on your side if you do it.

I would have refunded right before I sent out the PDF and video as the OP did actually want a refund before you sent it. By sending the PDF after, you decided to use that as a way to protect yourself by using the "Imagine buying an Amazon book and refunding it after reading".

Amazon has a refund policy before they dispatch their products so you can get a refund before they release their product and that is how it should have worked with you. Before "dispatching" your method, you could have just refunded him hence not revealing the method at all.

Seems shady.
 
I like how OP is formulating this, what did you expect from messaging him on a thread that was already not vouched for by the mods?

Should’ve stopped responding after getting a link to HF, it takes no genius to know what’s going on there.
