How do I know which element was blocked & caused the disabling of the account? Seems that they didn't like something in your url, it's can be the domain (should be old for good start), maybe the whole website looks like suspicious for them, cuz their bots analyze source code of the website, that you're promoting. Also, the problem can be in your computer, if you don't use any proxies, anti-detect browser and previously you was banned they can trigger your computer settings (fingerprint, webgl, ip, etc.)

You have to check your variables - server IP, domain, creatives. They can be banned by Facebook which leads to ad campaign disapproval.
