yeah. as far as i know Snapchat on emulator doesnt work since late 2018, back then it would only work if you would download an old apk version from 2014 and then run it

There is a chrome extension named "ARC Welder" that can run android apps in your browser. But i dont know if it runs snapchat.

I ran Terraruim TV on it, it was buggy at first but i managed to get it working decently. I dont have alot of trust in it running Snapchat, but i've never tried it, so you never know.
