to make it short, i want to boost up my instagram account, i have a small budget and i am deciding whether to use that budget on promotions from instagram itself or buy shoutouts from similar instagram accounts, if anyone has more experience on this and actually tried these which one could bring me the best results ?

Many smm panels are selling this service. You just have to provide targeted username and they will use different accounts and mention targeted username followers below your post and your post will get great exposer. And its the cheapest service

my experience with shoutouts is that they are not great and the followers that come from it are pretty shit. I would recommend just using a growth service.

It might break your account engagement in the long run, myself I wouldn't do it.

Search influencers in your niche and do shootouts. Check their engagement and if they look like real accounts, do your due diligence.

I strongly agree with @MR.Spuf, commenting on a lot of random posts would at best get you a lot of untargeted exposure to your page and at worst get you banned cause you'll get report a lot.

Yes you will get great exposure but dont use it on regular basis. Just use it when you realy need a client

growth service, better called bot service, it's definetely dead. The strategy to grow on instagram are now limited to shoutout, natural engagement and paid campaigns with low budget and the right target.
