How safe is it to buy Adsense?

Hey guys,

Hope you guys are smashing it in the money business. I have been doing affiliate marketing and I now finally am jumping in the world of Adsense and blogging. I have made a new website and have added 5 unique articles so far with 600-700 words.

I have been hearing that Adsense has been taking a lot of time for approving accounts these days so I am thinking of buying an Adsense account. I wanna know if it would be safe to buy an Adsense account?
In case the answer is yes, the seller has 2 different types of Adsense accounts and I am not sure which one would be the right choice.

1st Choice - Old Adsense account with a payment received.
2nd Choice - Fresh Adsense account.

I really am not sure if I would be able to add my website to these Adsense accounts, so any information regarding that would be helpful as well.

Buying adsense account is safe. More safe is if it that account has already received payments in past. And more safer than that is to have your own account applied manually by yourself, if you are planning for long term with adsense.

Can someone here properly explain how buying an adsense account works?
I bought an account but he cheated me. He changed his password to gmail. I couldn't do it without him, he did it because there was 2-step verification. So I lost my money. How can this be done safely? If someone has already done it, write the procedure so that I can avoid further losses.
