Service Information

• The seller was very professional and polite during the review process. The seller was also very cooperative and helpful.
• Connecting social media accounts went smoothly and I didn't experience any issues.
• The social search worked fast and displayed hundreds of results based on my search criteria and the engagement of each post, just as advertised. All of the included filter features were present as well.
• The articles feature worked even faster than the social search feature (since it displays results from their database). The search results were relevant news articles to what I searched that were displayed very clearly.

What Could Use Improvement

• There was an issue with the Bitly integration. Clicking on it resulted in a 500 error status code.

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. 1. No, you shouldn't have any problems with FB or IG.

2. 10 profiles means 10 user accounts, it can be 10 facebook pages, or 10 instagram accounts or any combination of the social media accounts you have in our system.

No, proxies are not required

Yes you can connect 2 accounts and multiple pages, up to a combination of 10 with the PRO version. So 2 accounts + 8 pages = 10

Plus sources for news sites won't add, once you click add on a source it redirects you to your user settings and doesn't add. Lot of work to be done here it seems, not launch ready

Edit: search function works well however doesn't add your favourites articles to the favourite list

A lot of work has already been done. The application took almost 2 years to develop. As with all software there will be the odd bug or two at the start, but I can assure you if you message our live chat with any problems you have, they will look into it and roll out a fix promptly.

As for suspicious login attempt, this is normal as we're mimicking the instagram API via a mobile app. It's perfectly safe.
