i have been using the services for 2 months and it only gains me 600 followers overall (originally 15k account). Account manager rarely communicates and rarely provides suggestions, replying speed is super slow, usually takes 2-3days to reply a single message. I'm facing action blocks which annoys me a-lot, very disappointed with the services at the moment

Also had terrible results. I used it for just over a month and gained less than 75 followers. They followed about 800 people in that month. I'd say half were bots or terrible accounts. No way this was done manually. Do not recommend at all.

It depends what you consider a "good" result. Ascend Viral says they have hundred customers and most of them are happy, only a few ones complain here on the forums.

They started working on my account on 12th January and I had 71 followers at that time. Since then it looks like that:
12 Jan - 11 Feb: +153 Followers (no action blocks during that period)
12 Feb - 11 Mar: +68 Followers (a few action blocks during that period)

My Account grew from 71 followers to 322 followers (today) and my engagement rate dropped from 15.38% (first day) to 7.66% (today).
My 3rd Month started a few days ago and I hope things will grow a lot faster at some point. Right now I'm veeeery far away from the average growth of 1500/month, but I guess that's normal for small accounts like mine.

This is my review.. take it for what it is.

Subscribed for the past 3 months. Communication and everything always seemed fine. Yes you will always have to reach out first but they always get back quickly.

Nonethless, I've gained maybe 200 followers on a 20k account during this 3 month period after following over 3000 people which is a horrible ratio, and is WAY way far off their estimated of 1.5k/month. During this 3rd month, I brought up how less than satisfactory the results were. I also noticed that there weren't any actions taken for a couple days and asked why that was so and turns out it was due to a soft action block. My manager asked if I would like to switch to the story viewing service which may give much better results but would take a few days to set up. That few days turned into 2 weeks and I think it's time I ask for a refund.

As they seem to have limited slots, hopefully my slot can be given to someone who'll get better results as I personally found this extremely underwhelming given the price.

Hello, this is my review...

1 month ago i bought a 1 month plan.
Communication was good, didn't really asked anything tbh. I was more curious how this was gonna go.
Before i started the plan i had around 200-300 followers and 1 month later i gained around 300-350 followers.
I know thats not a big result but i'm actually quite happy with the service, the only problem is that the last week got me a action block and idk for how long and $200 for a month is a bit too much imo.
I will do mannual now since i kinda get how it works.

I got another soft block one day after my post, so there will be probably another week of... nothing. They were nice enough to add a few days to my subscription, but since there isn't a lot of growth anyway, it's not really worth a lot (but I do appreciate this act of kindness). I am in touch with them and followed their suggestions to hopefully prevent action blocks (ie connecting a FB account), but if the numbers won't increase significantly, I'll definitely end it before the next payment period. So frustrating. Will update you guys around the 10th of April, the day before the next subscription.

Could you share more informations about the revamped service please? What exactly will change, when will it start and what can we expect? As mentioned in my ticket, gaining only 257 followers in 3 months for 3x199$ is terrible. I do understand that it takes longer on small accounts, but 257 is pretty much nothing if the average growth you're promoting is 1500/month...

..so i think this is not worthy compared to "another person" on this forum itself who is growing my other account for a cheaper price and got me around 970 followers already within 1 month..so mathematically speaking this would get me around 2910 followers within 3 months and maybe more if things go right ...


if you do not fix this asap ,i would have to say am ending my subscription with you in the coming days and probably ask for a refund ...

It's the 3rd day without getting an answer, so I'm looking for a refund. In case OP wants to answer, here is the text from my ticket:

"Alright, 3 days without an answer. If I want a refund, how much can you offer me from the 3x199$ I've paid? Again, I've got only 257 Followers in 3 months which is WAY below everything you've promised with your service."

I'm happy to come back once everything works again and once you REALLY achieve the amount of followers you've promised. The low number of followers, lack of communication and all the soft blocks are just unbearable.
