Is There A FB Tool For Commenting On Posts With Specific Keyword?

Hi everyone. I recently received a comment on a post in one of my groups.
The comment (which is relatable to my group) has a link to a relatable poll on a random Facebook page.

The same person also commented on my last post on my profile with the same comment linking to the poll on the random page.

The user is not a fan of my group or a friend of mine.
My group is open and my last post is visible to everyone.

I immediately assume that the person is either working manually or could be using a keyword tool to do this automatically.

Note that the random page is highly engaging. Hence, I believe that this method is working well.

Any idea? What do you all think about this?
Is there a tool that lets you automatically comment on posts that have specific keywords?

The name of the page is According to Hip Hop.
The poll, which ended with 15.4K Votes, has 391 reactions, 793 Comments and 308 Shares right now.
