So in this thread I will show a simple way to bypass any copyright claims, mainly in Europe.
Before starting I must say that I do not own any movie website or anything related to this, just dont have the skills to make a website like that and I have a lot more to worry about.
I just have a law degree and like to find gaps in the system, and I think I found one
(I have knowledge of this for 4 years and I know people who are using it without problems).
I wish i had the skills to make something like that but I do not, so better to put this information out for the public, this is one of those business secrets.
So imagine you have a Movie/Anime streaming website for example and you are afraid of copyright claims and being sued, but those kind of website are always good for ads revenue and you want to make some good money.
Well basically those kinds of website have the movies directly attached into the main site by a streaming plug or whatever people call that (the window where you watch the movie), and this is illegal.
However, you can do it legally if instead of having the movie direly attached, you have an option where you can click "watch movie" and it opens a different window located in another website aka embedding and this is legal, yes LEGAL.
How? Well there is a EU Ruling that says "embedding does not equal copyright infringement"(1- Source down below at the end), in that way a website that aggregates links its legal.
How law mainly works on EU:
1º - Constitution
2º - Primacy (EU Ruling)
3º - Special laws like gambling laws
4ª - Civil and penal laws
5º - Other laws.
So basicly in a democratic country this is how law works, so a country law can only go against and not use EU Ruling if their constitution prohibits what that ruling demands.
In this way, if a country constitution does not say something like "link aggregation constitute copyright infringement" (any constitution says), this is legal.
How to make money:
Instead of having the streaming plug directly on the website, have a "watch button", when you click it pops up a little window in the center of the screen with an 5 or 10 sec ad (your revenue) after the time unlocks the link (this link should open a different tab and be hosted in a different website, in way for you just to aggregate links).
You can put ads directly in the link to unlock, and on the website through panels.
Note: There is another ways but ads are the right way.
