Yes this is a one time fee and yes you need your own SMTP service. They are quite cheap like Mailgun, Amazon SES etc.

I wont lie, would use mailing for 'spreading love'. Doesnt amazon SES require real proper business information and personal info? ok.So I cant use multiple gmails/outlooks as an SMTP

YEs they would need that but why would you want to hide your info unless it is.... YOu can only use 1 SMTP, can't use multiple unfortunately.
