I want to ask, if I want to become a freelancer and want to create a website for my client. Can I use the whole festinger item?

Don't, let clients pay for the plugins or themes
Some of festingers plugins are nulled, which is considered unethical, also some will not work in the future if the developers fight against the nulling of their plugins, if that happens you client will have a site with broken plugins or themes and doesn't know how to fix them.

oh i see, how if i make Portfolio use themes festinger ? then clients get interested, let clients pay for the plugins or themes themselves

Technically its allowed since all plugins and themes are under the GPL license, but as @JVRZ said, there could be a loot of problems in the future, also your clients wont get support from the plugin creators!

I have not yet worked with SEO clients but I would just let them pay for it. A lot of themes and plugins are free so I wouldn't recommend buying a lot of premium plugins.
Maybe like wordfence premium, yoast premium and a nice looking theme.
You can also explain to them what every plugin does and ask if they are interested or not
 
Not sure I can ask here, as the recommendations thread is now closed, but I guess it doesn't hurt to bump this one ;-)

Is there a plugin you can recommend to optimize pictures? Client has an underwear store with tons of beautiful but much too large photos. Hence loading times are bad.
There are so many that it's inconceivable to do that by hand.
 
Unfortunately after having the service for a week I still am unable to download anything. The support ticket's suggestion of clearing my cache did not fix the issue. Download button takes me to pricing screen. Anyone else dealt with this?
 
Is there a way to still receive a free copy for a honest review ? Thanks in advance OP, looking forward subscribing in the future
 
hi i sent a ticket 3 days ago to cancel my monthly subscription ($14.99) which is expiring today. I havent received any feedback ever since. please respond to it ASAP. i dont want to be charged for another month. thanks.
