No where on your dashboard does it state 4-7 days, My article was late. All the screenshots which i have attached show 4 days even in your order form. You only responded after I threatened to file a shit list complaint. Better communication is needed from this seller.

He did offer a discount on future orders for what it's worth. AMENDED: I just noticed on the bottom of his order form near the additional note tab states,"Our TAT window is 4-7 business days, and while we are generally accurate with our estimates, it can fluctuate depending on our workload. If something absolutely must be in by a certain date - please let us know in the order details! "

The issue here with late delivery has been resolved. There was a mis-communication due to a mention TAT on the order page but nightflower has clarified it now. This issue has been closed.

I got a 2.1k word article in return which means that the writer did not stop abruptly to restrict to the word count, which a lot of the writers here do. This is a huge plus to get your content flowing properly and reach its natural conclusion.

The article quality was really really good and the tone and flow went very well considering the reader persona I had mentioned while ordering.

The quality of articles is top notch and I would order again from them very soon. I found them to be one of the best, if not the best, on this forum.

I do not have a problem with you delivering the order 2-3 days beyond the due date considering you keep me in the loop for the delay. My only concern was that I had first PM'd you 14th Feb and you mentioned it is scheduled for delivery the next day. I waited till 19th, considering that 15th Feb was a weekend and sent you a PM on 19th again and raised a reply on your thread but did not get a reply till right now.

Communication is an important part of any client facing service you offer and your silence once helps to create confusion and distrust.

Just got my work back from these guys and it's time for an honest review.

As far as the quality of the writing, it was very good. This was an article for my money site and the quality lived up.

As far as communication with the seller that was a bit different. On day 5 of a 7 day TAT. I asked for an update in which I pretty much got we still have more time, go away.

Then yesterday when I was annoyed because it was late I checked and the article was done, an email update would have been nice, I had to log onto their platform to figure out my article was complete.

They BARELY finished within TAT.

So as far as high quality of writing, yes they lived up. The seller just needs to work on communication.

My Review:
I purchased a 1.6k word article to test out the service.

I got a 2.1k word article in return which means that the writer did not stop abruptly to restrict to the word count, which a lot of the writers here do. This is a huge plus to get your content flowing properly and reach its natural conclusion.

The article quality was really really good and the tone and flow went very well considering the reader persona I had mentioned while ordering.

The quality of articles is top notch and I would order again from them very soon. I found them to be one of the best, if not the best, on this forum.
