We are currently migrating our Shared Web hosting away from the Bulgarian location in order to prepare some new features which would involve special network requirements.
There isn't any difference in policy from Bulgaria and the others location.

Since, we do not operate shared web hosting within the US yet, we do not have a DMCA registered 'office'. We follow through only DMCA sent by our network carrier asking to takedown your content. DMCA never requests your information only severe legal matters may.

I have a couple separate projects on your shared servers.
1 project is complete white hat
Another is pretty black hat.
They are paid for by different cards and different emails totally.. so totally different users in your system.
If i wish to discontinue using your shared hosting for the black hat one is it possible to remove all my personal information from your company related to the black hat one ? I dont want the info there. Many companies such as even cloudflare for example have a policy where in you can ask to have all your data removed and its retained till 30 days and then irreversibly removed. After that...even a subpoena OR court order cant have the data as it has been taken down.
Please let me know about this. thanks.

You can be sure that security wise, there is quite an Arsenal backing up your web hosting account.
With on the fly malware scan, daily full server scans, (3 différents type of analysis), refined server firewall, downtimeless kernel exploit patching and you even have an on demand virus scanner from cPanel.
Of course, if your website has exploits it cold still be vulnerable which would be pretty much as leaving a Pentagon’s back door opened. It will be detected for sure but past the intrusion.
Yet, with basic security hardening you will be just fine.
