I assume you are talking about Linux based dedicated servers in which case there is virtually no limits set for the numbers of websites to be hosted.
It would simply rely on a balance of resources in your dedicated server and resources used by your websites.
So sky is the limit for some of our dedicated

According to the offer you are getting we can indeed set up a load balancing type of hosting.
If you are choosing the US Location we aren't tied to comply to DMCA but we aren't an offshore location either.
