I personally don't do business with an entity that is super new in an industry that has more issues than there are stars in the sky though unless I know the owners.

1. that panel is not listed on BHW
2. that panel is a new born (as mentioned above)
3. that panel is full with many fiction services that do not exists (for example they offer our NRV uHR views that are disabled for a very long time)

i guess that their business model is based on members that will pay "just to try" and get scammed
don't be a victim - use ONLY panels that are listed in the BHW marketplace

nope. percentage is different from the time value. retention should be described in percentage. claiming to sell high retention views and then giving a fixed value of 10 minutes but if your video is 100 mins won't count as a high retention view. so it can't be sold as a high retention view
