it will count as views yes bro but it won't count towards the hours required for monetization. the source is Google itself u can check.

no bro, it's sad i know but we don't provide HR views at the moment, we do hope to bring back the uHR NRV in the future, but that project is still in research stage due to all the recent changes on YouTube.
i don't think that any provider can offer HR views after the recent updates, if you do see panels that offer that, check it here as it can be just a plain scam.

current stable views are based on ADS (not google) but of embedded ADS views (EAV™ - Embedded Ads Views) & ADS of watch page views - RAV™ - Real Active Views with user engagements (better results)
those can be found only on BHW marketplace (we do not sell it directly!)

1/ I appreciate your honesty, in newbie terms , what tricks can I do to get more views without being banned from youtube ?
2/it's sad to read what you said and strange at the same time I mean there are genius people on this forum , thee must be a way to bypass the youtube algorythm and barriers no matter how strict they are. thank you for your help
3/ do you have skype ?

1.when you buy the above views or any other views that based on ADS there is no risk of ban, the views are from real sources just like any views you can get organically, YouTube will ban you ONLY if your content is violating their TOS, but note that ADS views (the above and others) are usually come with low retention since the target audience are random users and not targeted per niche.
2. YouTube always change their detection algorithm to block artificial views and/or methods to exploit the ranking mechanism, but i believe that in time, some new methods will be out, that will bypass the detection system.
3. yes in my profile (same as my username), but if the question+answer might be interesting for other BHW members, i prefer that you post it here.
