Keep in mind, he didn't refund me himself (which he is able to do before a claim has been escalated), he just escalated it himself in hopes that it might be resolved in his favor.

Nevertheless, I will be waiting patiently. If I get my PP refund (which I should be able to), I'm happy. Bonus points if it doesn't go unpunished for him. Thanks.

Paypal has refunded me the money. I would like to note that TheKillingJoke had no part in that. In fact, paypal sent me a mail (about a week prior) that he had replied to the dispute and they were reviewing his response. That means that he was still trying to con the money out of me.

Also, I would like to note that he is still visiting the forum. Now that bagrov and I have been refunded by PP, he needs to scam more people in order to make a positive ROI on his Jr Vip. membership. Just saying.
