Hi, we had deal to seel my account he told me give him the password the he change email and password then he gonna pay, he said if he didnt pay i can return it back by gmail, first i tried its worked so i said if he didnt pay i will return it back.
but what he did is went to disable option and asked me for the a code im dumb gived him the code.
SO NOW he have the account and i tried every thing from gmail and all stuff
i need help if you know help me pls
i think if i can contact real human from Facebook or Instagram i canproof thats mine ,
please and advices????

You can try contacting but you won't get any reply. They are not paid to take care of an account that is not even yours now.

Definitely contact Instagram and try to get it back. I actually heard of an influencer that got a fake disposal for a promotion, to download an "app" to test before promoting it. The app was some type of malware that stole his account. He never didn't get it back, unfortunately.

Haha, i just recover it back the same way he taked it, i paid him with photoshop lol,
So now there is no way thats he can recover it right, even he deleted the messeges from gmail(delet for ever)
i linked to facebook and did Two-Factor authentication, and removed his location.
is thats all safety i can do?
