i have a question: if number in domain ( for example : 24days.com ) affect seo of the website ??

No, i do not believe numberical value will affect the seo even. I have seen tons of websites ranking #1 to #2 with numer in doman. for example. #2example.com ranks #1 for an keyword. So numeric value doesn't affect seo. You can have number in your domain.

but i have another question please, why domains with numerical values are cheap ? i'm just curious about this because as we know low price low quality, and i don't want to make a mistake because of miss of informations.

Who said that domains with numerical values are cheap. Are you talking about registration of domains? or are you talking about buying domains from marketplaces?
