first rest in peace kobe, next I had an idea, everytime a legend dies people start to worship them way more than before,so will selling kobe bryant shirts be profitable now if so how would you go about it

1. Get a badass design/designs ready, and then upload to your POD platform.
2. Test with FB ads campaigns, and see what campaign is profitable.
3. Kill the unprofitable campaigns, and scale the profitable ones.
4. Do it now before the trend dies out.

NB. if you do not know how FB Ads work and how to optimise your campaigns, then please stay away, else you may lose your shirt. :)

sorry, if I offended anyone btw.

you are right I have no idea how facebook ads work, a question I have in mind is can I target certain people or do you go by interests

Good idea, time to throw a few designs on my amazon account.

Yes it will work and In order to get design ideas check Bosslogic on instagram and the artists that follow him

Rest and Peace Legend :/
and its sad that people make money off it.

Unfortunately, that is the reality we all have to face. Imagine the coffin maker telling you one time that his business is booming... It simply means there are more funerals. But business is business anyway. Even the hearse owners need more customers too. You would be bereaved yes, but you will have to pay for funeral services, right?

Is there any issue using someones face on a shirt though to make money? Couldn't you get sued using their likeness?

I think with this kind of thing emotion runs high and some people will have the money and the time to come after you if you do it wrong or go off a trade mark or present it in the wrong way, they might see it as you hurting his image / legacy.

So you have to be prepared to either lose that account or cut all ties if it goes wrong.. That said maybe an easy all around design is a shirt graphic with his number on it and rip above. If it does well you have a template to use in the future...

It’s very sad and all people see is how to make money ...

150,000 people die each day in the world. Almost 10,000 are children who die of starvation.

Surely, Kobe was a famous person, but in my eyes no better (or worse) than anyone else who died yesterday. Actually he was a pretty lucky guy to live the life of abundance as he did.
Therefor I see absolutely nothing unethical or wrong about trying to make money selling quality merchandise to people who like Kobe Bryant.
