Payoneer alternative

Is there any alternative to Payoneer including these features ...

A) Mastercard or Visa card, physical not virtual
B) bank account to receive money via IBAN SEPA

We tried ePayments, but they don't offer cards anymore and their support is ..... eh ..... slow.


EDIT: I worry a little about their card issuing policy. Sounds to me like they select certain people who are "allowed" to receive the card.

The best option is definitely transferwise. I was first using paypal, but their fees are just crazy and I moved to payoneer, but they also try to milk you, so finally started using transferwise and it so far seems like the best deal.

Leopay/iCard from Bulgaria...They have both cards and IBAN account...

I'd stay away from the likes of Skrill, Neteller or similar. Terrible reviews which come naturally due to a terrible customer support and high suspicion. Many people lost their money through them and have had to deal through financial regulation institutions and what not.

Im using Epayments around 3 years, never have problem with them. Best feature they have is converting btc eth in $$$ you can try.
