Most payment services have stopped their services apparently like WorldFirst, Entropay. Try Transferwise but yeah like someone else mentioned you can get your account banned easily. There's a new payment service called ping pong payments, focused mainly on freelancers. the name sounds funny though. You've got to do your own due diligence before using these services.

Which type of Transferwise accounts would be banned in worst case? Private or Freelancer?
 
I don't know why people keep saying that TransferWise bans accounts. Few of my co-workers have been using it without problems for 2 years now.
To answer OPs question try : AdvCash, N26, TransferWise (lol), Monese, Revolut.
