Price expectation needs to be reasonable. I've had some people with crazy expectations like wanting 500 RD domains for $150-$200. Domains are very expensive in 2019 and it requires a LOT of manual work to find good domains. It's not as easy as some think and I urge anyone who thinks so to go to the auctions themselves. Tools alone to check everything are expensive. However, regardless of that I am not marking up my domains by ridiculous amounts. The prices I'm selling at are very reasonable. It's very common to see domains with 60-70 RDs and TF18 going for $180-$300 at auction these days. One thing that does make my shop advantageous is I am not pricing domains at fixed prices. If I get a bargain like a RD90 with TF21 for $80-$90, then I won't just sell it for $300 even though at auction I would have paid up to $200 for it.
So you understand what this shop is about I will explain who my ideal customer is.
This shop is not for newbies. A domain I'm selling for $300 I could sell for $500-$700 to private clients, especially businesses/agencies elsewhere.
This shop is meant for people like me. You're experienced, you have a few sites and you make good money. You probably get some domains yourself at auction and you know that it's just a big hassle. You want a really convenient domain shop that you can trust. Somewhere you can pop on, see all the URLs/details up front and buy a few domains for your projects. Simple, quick and hassle free. You want to be able to focus on your projects and not spending hours on auctions, with alarms going off all the time so you can bid.
This works for me because I run the Wolf Network. I am regularly looking for domains for the wolf network so while I am doing that I can grab some extras for the shop, especially when I already know what my loyal clients need. Because of that I can sell a domain that I get for $200 at auction for $300. That just is not profitable for a pure domain seller. So, if this sounds like you, and you would rather just log onto a shop, drop $3k, have your domains delivered within 24 hours and get on with focusing on your business, then my wolf domain shop is what you're looking for. If on the other hand you would rather pay for a bunch of tools every month and spend a several weeks bidding and browsing all the auctions, then wait another week or more until they're ready to use, so you can get those same domains for $2k, then you won't like my shop.
I'm being very up front here. We are long past the days of acquiring domains being some hidden art. It's not. Anyone can do it, but it'll cost you money in tools, a LOT of time, and you'll make a few mistakes at the start until you learn the ins and outs.
So in summary, the wolf domain shop is about creating a convenient place for experienced SEO guys that need to be able to easily buy a few domains at fair prices.
The shop is probably not for most people, but the right people will see the unique benefits of what I'm offering here, and the more a customer buys, the more I can start to stock up the exact kind of domains they like at the volume they need.

my honest review:
wow, just wow! thank you very much @splishsplash for all your help specially on starting up a PBN.
i was scouting for a great PBN provider (monthly rental) and saw the Wolf Network and its great reviews but sadly it is not open yet so while i was waiting for it to re-open, i decided to try building a PBN for my self - and i was not disappointed.
all the domains on OP's network has the metrics that he mentioned here - i can say these are great deal for the price since i found the same metrics on go daddy auction and they are way more expensive and it kinda waste my time searching for a great one - so i turn away and decided to buy on Wolf Network.
@splishsplash guide me all the way as well, starting from transfer, hosting, set up, etc. - he is really a good guy who speaks the truth (and nothing but the truth).
once done with everything, i just wait on Google to see the effect and BOOM! i'll let the image talk :
i started this November 2019 and look now!
final verdict:
if you are looking for great domains to use, then this shop is your best option. its way cheaper and can filter for which niche is available and @splishsplash knowledge is top notch! i will definitely buy again for my next site.
